Pastor Constance Hatchett
According to Connie, education with a religious focus broadens the learning experience throughout the life cycle. She wants learning to begin with children in Pre-K and expand to adulthood. For these reasons, she has created the Sanctuary Fellowship Worship Center and Beacon House Ministries a 501(c)(3) state and federal charity. The Sanctuary Fellowship Worship Center is a non-denominational church that was started in December of 2013 and continues its work in Connie’s home where she and her daughter Frances Hatchett are ministers.
Minister Frances Hatchett
Minister Frances Hatchett serves in the Sanctuary Fellowship Worship Center in Philadelphia,Pennsylvania. She was ordained by Pastor Kenneth
Divers in November of 2016. Frances’ life scripture is Hebrews 12:1-2 “Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight and sin which doth so easily beset us and let us run with patience the race that is set
before us. Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.”
Ministries
Women's Fellowship
The Women's Fellowship is designed to encourage women to experience God and each other by teaching the Word of God. The fellowship allows unconnected members to find their place in the larger fellowship. It provides opportunities for the expression of their God-given gifts, talents and abilities that can lead to the building and enhancing of the Kingdom of God. The Sanctuary for Women program participants will be included in this fellowship. The Women's Fellowship is facilitated by women from the leadership in the church.
Community Outreach
The Community outreach consists of evangelism, clothing and house wares give-a-ways, holiday activities and volunteering in the Safe House Pantry. The participants of the Sanctuary for Women program also participate in community outreach as a partt of their training. As specific community needs arise, The church leadership will seek ways to assist in meeting the needs.
Men's Fellowship
The Men's Fellowship is designed to connect men in a way that builds and enhances spiritual growth based upon the Word of God. The Men's Fellowship challenges men to take their rightful places in their families and seek ways to serve in the church and in their communities. The ministry includes a variety of activities such as Bible Study, athletic activities, outreach, etc. The ministry is facilitated by men from the leadership in the church.
